Purpose of use

The personal information given by a customer will be used for sending an e-mail or document for contact from this project, announcement of business, or reply to inquiry.

Prohibition of disclosure or provision of personal information to third parties

This project properly manage the personal information given from a customer and does not disclose it to any third parties excluding the cases shown below.

- A customer agrees to the disclosure
- Disclosure is necessary based on regulation

Referral from customer

Responses to requests made by registrants regarding inquiries on and corrections to personal information shall only be made after this project confirms that the persons who made said requests are indeed registrants, by using the method stipulated by this project.

Observation and review of regulations and rules

This project shall comply with Japanese laws and other regulations applicable to personal information possessed by this project, review the contents of the Privacy Policy as appropriate, and make utmost efforts to improve it.
